A Single extruder is a machine that processes plastics using a screw to melt and transport materials for the purpose of shaping them into continuous profiles like pipes or films. The efficiency of the Screw element of the extruder has a direct relation to its overall performance. Different sections, feed, compression, and metering, work harmoniously to create proper mixing and melting of material and molding the extruder best suited for low-volume production as well as any extrusion-related application.
